Progressive education of how the game works will be the name of this game. Starting from the bare minimum and working all the way up to a scenario.
This is your basic event. I'll be teaching new players the rules and giving them a chance to apply their new knowledge in a game setting. Also, I'll be advancing to the Basic Introductory rules, once everyone is familiar. If time permits I'll be running a basic scenario as well. (Note: For most experienced gamers the rules are pretty easy to pick up and the advancement will happen quickly.)
We'll use the boxed set, which includes 24 plastic miniatures and a set of quick start rules for beginners.
I will provide the dice, pencils, 'Mech sheets, and any other gaming materials.
The games will be held at Games Galore in Meadowood Mall on Sunday, August 22nd @ 2:00 pm (1400 hours) and will run for a maximum of three hours.
Now that's not to say that the games will be that long. Each quick start game only lasts ten minutes tops, fifteen if there are lots of questions.
Detailed rules will be posted on site, however, I have one that I'd like to share now. Have fun.
